Aeqium admins on paid accounts can enable the DocuSign integration via the “Offers” tab in “Settings”. If you are a free user, please reach out to us at [email protected] if you are interested in setting up Docusign.
Admins can utilize Creating DocuSign Templates by clicking “Add a Template” and uploading Microsoft Word (.docx) document templates.
Now, when recruiters go to create interactive offer letters for candidates, they will see a “DocuSign” checkbox.
Recruiters can connect their individual DocuSign accounts by clicking “Connect DocuSign…” and entering their DocuSign credentials.
You’ll return to the offer page and see a confirmation that your DocuSign account has been connected.
You can now select a document template for your formal offer document.
After clicking “Generate Link,” you will be able to preview the DocuSign envelope before sending the interactive offer letter to the candidate by clicking “View” and verifying that template variables and DocuSign fields have been properly formatted into your document.
