Welcome to comp cycles with Aeqium!

Our platform is designed to give you, your leadership, and your FP&A teams a centralized place to collaborate on compensation planning. Instead of your decisions getting lost in spreadsheets, instant messages, and emails, you will be able to work in a single platform that provides you with the data you need to get to the best outcomes for your team.

This guide details Aeqium’s comp cycle functionality, specifically for initial-level reviewers. If you are a Reviewer of Reviewers (some of the employees you’re reviewing are reviewers themselves), please review this guide instead: Comp Cycles Reviewer of Reviewers Guide

Similarly, if you’re not sure you’re in the right place, consider reviewing our broader guide, Aeqium for Managers, or visit our Aeqium Help Center for more information!

If you have questions on anything in this guide or comp cycle-related, you can always ask Aeqium Assist (our handy AI assistant) and get an immediate answer!

You can ask Assist all sorts of questions, like:

Assist can also generate certain reports and analytics (charts, graphs, tables) directly in the chat. However, if Assist isn’t giving you the report you want, our full Reports & Analytics suite (discussed later in this guide) will have all the other tools you need.
