One of Aeqium’s fundamental goals is to provide employees with the tools and information required to understand the full picture of their compensation and rewards. To that end, the My Comp page in Aeqium is chock-full of helpful information for understanding your total rewards!

At the top of the page, you'll find a breakdown of your current compensation, accompanied by a historical display of how each component of your compensation has changed over time:

The graph shows each of your compensation components, including salary, equity grants, and variable compensation like bonuses or commissions.

• For variable compensation, a dotted line indicates the target variable (target bonus) amount for a year where a bonus or commission has not yet been paid, whereas a solid line indicates the total variable compensation already paid for that calendar year.

You can hover over the charts to get more details, switch the temporal view of the Total Compensation Over Time graph, or click on the legend entries to hide specific compensation components.

Underneath that display, you'll see a whole suite of tools for modeling out the value of your equity (if applicable), in different scenarios with different growth multiples and price assumptions.

Below those visualizations, you'll find a message from your company, followed by a breakdown of the benefits available to you. Those benefits come complete with detailed descriptions and equivalent monetary values, so select the benefit options you prefer to see all the value you're receiving!

Finally, you'll see a detailed timeline of all the compensation records and changes you've had, giving you all the info you need to understand how your comp has evolved:
