Overview

If there is data that you want in Aeqium that isn’t getting pulled in via your HRIS integration (or imports), you may be able to add it via our Supplemental Data Import functionality. Specifically, you can use the Supplemental Import to:

• Add historical comp data on past salaries, target variables, and bonuses
• Import gender and/or a performance score for each employee
• Assign Job Ladders and Levels to employees in bulk
• Enable Pay Transparency (seeing their band) for select employees

If the additional data you want to get in Aeqium doesn’t fall into any of those buckets, don’t worry - you can import as much custom data as you want to any comp cycle in Aeqium!

Instructions:

Once you’ve connected your HRIS integration or done a manual import of your HRIS data, you’ll be given the option to add supplemental data in the HRIS card of the Integrations tab in Aeqium Settings:

After clicking that link, a modal will pop up where you can download the Supplemental Import Template and find the following instructions on how to use it:

Download the template, remove any columns or rows you won't be updating, add the data, and then upload it here.

• Gender can be set to "female", "male" or "neither"
• Pay Transparency Enabled can be set to "yes", "no", or left blank
• Performance must be a single number
• Target Variable Comp and Salary Amount should be whole numbers (e.g. "100000" rather than "$100,000.00")
• For a salary or bonus entry, all four associated salary/bonus fields (Amount, Currency, Date, Type) must be given values.
• Dates should be formatted as YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. "2021-11-15")
• Salary Type may be indicated as "year", "month", "week" or "hour"
